Impress your guests this festive season with a home-decorated Christmas cake. If you have always wanted to make and decorate your own Christmas cake and cookies, then this is the perfect workshop for you. Spend half a day and learn how to create flawless, decorative masterpiece.

We begin with giving you knowledge on how to make and bake the authentic Christmas cakes. We will also provide you with the details on soaking, baking, mixing, and so on.

During this workshop, you will be trained not only on basic cake making, but also focusing on mastering the fundamentals as well as discussing traditional techniques as we practice making them.

In this unique workshop you will also indulge in creating your own specialized flavored and decorative cookies, and traditional hot cross buns. Some of those cookies will be piped, or spooned, rolled or shaped, and some will be with fruits, & nuts or different type of sugar. Indulge yourself in fun and frolic while decorating your cookies using Royal Icing.

Our Master Pastry Chefs pass on their experience of working and will show you how to create masterpieces with piping. At the end of the workshop, you will have an amazing array of cakes, cookies and hot cross buns.
